Frustrated by recurring injuries?
Can’t seem to break that PR?
Feel like your progress has stalled?
When you first get into running, you just get better and you barely have to think about it. Unfortunately, the better you get, the harder it is to get better! Also, let’s be honest, there aren’t many things in this world that get easier as you get older!
Now you’re stuck. You want to keep improving and you’re training hard, but you just can’t seem to break that PR. Or even worse, you’re plagued by recurring injuries.
Every time you build up your mileage or log some faster runs you seem to get injured. Maybe you have arthritis in your knees or tendonitis in your Achilles or a busted ankle from an injury in your teens.
Fear Not! There is hope for you.
I’ve never met a runner who has fully optimized their training program. Whether it be pacing, periodization, volume, intensity, fuelling, hydration, technique, strength. There is always something they’re leaving on the table and it’s usually quite a lot! Running Coaching can help.
I can help you overcome your injuries, optimize your training, and smash that PR.
