How does it work?
First, take two 10-second videos of you running using your phone, one from the side and one from behind. If you have a slo-mo mode on your phone, use that when you shoot the videos.

Email the videos to me at firstname.lastname@example.org or drop them in this Google Drive folder. Then just click the button to book your appointment and we’ll review your technique together.
You will have a better running technique by the end of the session. You will also leave with some drills and cues to work on integrating the new technique into your running form.
If we find any mobility or strength deficits that are impeding your technique, I’ll show you exercises to address them.
