Onboarding Checklist

  1. Message me on WhatsApp
  2. Connect to Training Peaks
  3. Connect to Train Heroic

1. Message me on WhatsApp

  1. Download WhatsApp to your phone
  2. Add me as a contact: 825-706-4742
  3. Send me a message “Hi Mat, this is ______”

2. Connect to Training Peaks

  • Step 1: Use a laptop or a desktop for this part (not a phone or a tablet)
  • Step 2: Click here to accept my coaching invitation (*Garmin Users, read the notice below before completing Step 3)
  • Step 3: Sync your watch to Training Peaks
  • Step 4: Download the Training Peaks App for your phone on the App Store or Google Play.
  • Step 5: **Apple Watch Users, read the notice below for more information

*Garmin Users

When you connect your Garmin account to Training Peaks (step 3 above), please do it on a computer (not a phone or tablet) and make sure to check this box:


3. Connect to Train Heroic

  1. Check your email on your phone*
  2. Look for the email “You’re invited to join Coach Boyd on TrainHeroic”
  3. Follow the instructions in that email

*If you don’t see the email, check your spam. If it’s not there, message me on WhatsApp to let me know
